Dovetail has developed a .NET library which will provide our customers with 3DSecure (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Securecode) via Realex Payments. Using 3DSecure can significantly reduce costs to merchants as the responsibility for chargebacks are shifted from you the vendor to the customer and the customer's bank. Both Euroconex and AIB charge lower fees for 3DSecure transactions. For more information on obtaining 3DSecure for your eCommerce site, contact Dovetail at 014100774. Dovetail is the first and (at the time of writing) the only Irish software house to successfully integrate Microsoft .NET with Realex's RealMPI system.
