Highlife provides luxury fully-catered ski and snowboard holidays in France. Over the last 9 years Dovetail has designed, developed and supported a bespoke enterprise management software system that enables Highlife to offer an exceptional level of service to 2,500 guests each season. What started as a CRM system has evolved to manage every aspect of Highlife’s business and is a great example of how bespoke systems are infinitely flexible and adaptable.
