Dovetail enables online sales of new LUAS Smart Card

The new LUAS Smart Card was today launched by Minister Martin Cullen on behalf of the Railway Procurement Agency. Dovetail Technologies provided the RPA with an eCommerce-enabled website, and associated back-end systems for processing Smart Card applications. The website allows the public to order Luas Smart Cards, and pay for them online with credit and debit cards. The bespoke backend system manages the purchasing process for postal and telephone orders, facilitating fulfillment of online and offline orders and customer relations management.
